Finland - Turku to Tampere

This side chapel has survived from a much earlier time in the history of the Turku Cathedral. We can only presume that this vault is where someone of great significance was buried. Apart from royalty and the wealthy, some of those buried were soldiers or politicians dating back to the 1500s.
